Secure Collateral Management Privacy Policy
Secure Collateral Management ("SCM," "we," "us," or "our")provides a collateral recovery management platform for facilitating and managing repossessions, providing skip tracing and location services, as well as managing client-vendor relationships. This Privacy Policy sets forth how we use data we receive and how we handle questions or concerns that you might have.
Collected Personal Data
We do not collect any personal information (name, address, telephone number, or e-mail address) unless you provide it. We may request this information when additional information about our products or services is requested.

Informational Database Data
For the purposes of providing skip tracing and location services, from time to time we pull non-financial personal information from commercial databases. This information is used solely for the purpose of providing location services to our clients and does not determine credit worthiness or whether a repossession will occur.
Client Data
Data we receive from our clients is used for facilitating and managing repossessions as well as providing skip tracing and location services. This data is used in accordance with the terms of our agreement with each client. Decisions regarding what information gets hosted and who is allowed to access it are made by the client.
Information (data or documents) we receive is generally not available to the public. It belongs to the client who engaged us in accordance with our agreement with that client. This includes any personal information entered by you on the website or entered by others regarding you.
Non-Identifiable Information
In some instances, we may use cookies or other tracking technologies to collect information that is not personally identifiable. Examples of this type of information include the type of computer operating system used, the type of Web browser used, or the domain name of the website which linked to our website, the areas of our website that you view and the types of information you download. This information helps us analyze trends, administer our website and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use.
Sharing with Third Parties
We may grant access to client data or informational database data on a need to know basis to our employees or contractors who require access to the data in order to deliver services requested by a client. All such employees and/or contractors are bound by confidentiality agreements.
Accessing and Correcting Your Information
You may request that any personal information you have submitted to SCM tobe updated, modified or deleted by e-mailing or writing to info@secure-cm.com the contact information provided below, and we will endeavor to comply with your request. Additionally, from time to time we may seek to confirm that user submitted personal information through the website is still relevant for business purposes, and absent such confirmation, we may delete any and all information associated with such users. However, when we delete, modify or update information in our databases or on the website, some information may remain on our back-up media and records. Note that to the extent that we delete, modify or update such information, it may remain on the servers or in the databases of third parties to the extent that such information has been provided to them in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
